Hello friends, today I’m back with breakfast recipe, it is American pancake. It’s good to start with your day with delicious appetizing breakfast; for that there isn’t anything other than good Pancake Recipe to go with.
The American pancakes made from thick batter which consisting eggs, flour, milk, and baking powder. However for today I’m going to make a quick & easy pancake batter and clear effortless way to cook, moreover these pancakes are fluffy & soft as they meant to be.
Key is to have super fluffy & soft pancakes depend on leavening agents that you are using. I’m adopting baking powder, baking soda & buttermilk into the recipe, so that all leavening agents start to interact with them reveling a beautiful pancake when they cooked.

Since the recipe is so simple I think these Pancake Recipe will be a your new favorite way to start a day, I mean who does have time in morning guys to go for full meal. If you wait till weekends that you have to have more free time on hands to try pancakes, well no more waiting; try these at your busy weekdays too, it will come together before you know it. Go for the recipe to understand how easy & quick actually it is.
4. Whip the egg whites till they reach stiff peaks stage. Start whisking them on low in a clean bowl, once they form air bubbles in gradually add in sugar. That way you can maintain the structure well.
5. Use generous amount of egg white dollops to lighten the flour mixture, combine well.
6. Then add rest of meringue & fold into batter until no meringue pockets streaks on it. Do gentle though, don’t lose too much air.
7. The final batter should need somewhat thickness on it while being fluffy & light.
Use a nonstick pan for this, it will works really well to cook the pancakes. For the best result you can cook them in low flame, & it will took around 8 – 10 minutes for making one pancake. Consider trying this way when you have all the time on your hand guys. I’m making them on medium flame it took less than 5 minutes or so.
Tip: for faster cooking you can spread the pancakes on the pan, yes that will ensure the center of pancake well cook through, even it doesn’t hold rich fluffy thickness.
As per today I made it like this too, because who do have more than 30 to 40 minutes to spare in the busy mornings guys, seriously. So I did made that way & that’s why my pancakes looked thin in compare to other luxurious ones, okay guys?
But I thought this Pancake Recipe is great because you can make easily & cook them fairly quick, what do you think I’m really curious to know. You know you can made like during week days, try other way through on weekends, tell me which way is the best.
The preparation for the Pancake Recipe which takes no more than a few minutes & incredibly simple, but taste its divine. Hence recipe is call for buttermilk, baking powder & baking soda pancakes becomes much lighter and fluffier than regular pancakes because of the method we used in here.
Enrich the classic recipe by incorporating additional ingredients like blueberries and chocolate.
